Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
We'll alert you immediately of the situation.
For Cancelled Events - You'll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online or by phone using your purchase payment method.
For Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? Refunds are up to the team, venue and promoter but we will do everything we can to help.
Refunds and Exchanges
All tickets for events at participating venues are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase. After that we'll see what we can do to help
If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with the goods you have purchases, return the product to Spiff Group and we will process the refund
